Nice staff but can be hard to locate if you're not familiar with the area. It's down a small side street at the very end. Normally a large trailer at the end of the street.

I agree with the other reviewers, place is hard to find. Please see below for driving instructions: - If coming from the A580 take the first left turn once on Shield Drive. - If coming from the A6 or other place take the last right on Shield Drive, past the Wilkinson Welding Academy. I've attached a snapshot from maps with directions in case it's useful. As for the place itself it's poorly maintained and the gate entrance needs some repairs or at least a thorough cleaning as it's a mess to go through when it rains. The collection office is the closest to the visitor's car park, as you enter the gate, follow the footpath to the right of you and it's the first door from the right of the building, at the end of the hand rails.

Just spent half and hour driving round the industrial estate trying to find sorting office. Not easy to get to. Should be more sign posts. When I got there, no signs of where to go. Just 3 red doors appeared locked. Flimsy bit of paper that says push door, which I did. Appeared locked. Went into the sorting office, got told I shouldn't be in there as its dangerous. I wouldn't be in there if there were some signs of where to go. When complaining I get treated like I'm harassing. Very frustrating experience when wouldn't be so if there were clear instruction of how to get there and where to go.

We get post for the wrong address on a weekly basis. So much of our post goes missing it's a joke.

Went today to pick up a parcel. Two hour slot allocated for this which is not good for those of us that work. As usual the parking is very restricted but to add to the difficulty Royal Mail vans use the visitor parking places. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do something about this!!!!! Missed the allocated collection time because I cannot park!!!
