Always efficient but it really would be helpful if you didn’t close at lunch time!

Always have fast service and they always helpful. Great now they have extended opening hours over Christmas period. Could do with a bin at the entrance as many people open packages and leave rubbish lying about.

I have to pick up parcels everyday, still I do not have anything to complain about.

not very quick when you come to pick up, you always have to wait. last time I wated 15min just to be seen!

This a ridiculous royal mail so far. He says is open for delivery for full day on Mondays. But liar incredibly liar. I was there close at 12pm. I get there 12.12pm closed. Another woman and man left their job and home to but couldn't get in. I was with my 2 children I couldn't get their sister birthday 🎁. too painful too painful.

Twice royal mail claimed to have attempted to deliver. Husband at home both times - no one rang the doorbell or our intercom! Yet, they were able to push the card through the door. I don't understand.

This Post Office or Sorting Office are full of thieves. Untrustworthy and liars. Absolutely disgusting and they think they can get away with breaking the law.

The opening hours on the website are completely out of date. This is disgraceful!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Tell your delivery man to ring the bell. I am always at home waiting for my parcel but the delivery man never rings the bell as he expects me to be waiting at the door for him when he arrives.I have missed numerous parcel because of that reason and had to pick up the parcel myself.
