I have lived in Salisbury for some time now and never has the overall operation been so smooth, special mention to Sam Dunham who is a hero in my eyes. A great character, best in the business and goes above and beyond to deliver not only post, but a smile to the recipient.

I waited in for a delivery as I was not allowed to collect from sorting office on my sons behalf as he was working away. I didnt have his drivers license as he had it on him, but showed them mine which has same address on! Anyway I requested for it to be redelivered. Waited in, they didn't ring doorbell but stuck another card through! I saw van outside and by the time I went out he drove away!! So annoying!! Use the bloody doorbell!!
