Very great experience, they were so keen on not giving my parcel until I bring in my red missed delivery card. That means they are so secure and make sure the right item gets to the right person. ✅ kudos on that.

Missed a parcel from postman and came home to the little red card. Popped in today after work The post office has good parking so no complaints and lady working today (Saturday around 2:30/3) was lovely and polite. Cannot fault the service. Thank you :)

Lady on the counter is extremely unhelpful I have been on several occasions and I genuinely cannot believe she is still in her job, if any of my staff dealt with customers the way she does they wouldn’t be employed for long. I assume as it’s the post office she’s “untouchable” or management are weak and ineffective?? I was pleasant and courteous throughout my latest visit, it wasn’t busy (no one else there) and she clearly did not want to help with a simple parcel collection.

Appalling customer service skills. Lady behind counter was rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying, very disgusting behaviour cant think of a time Ive been spoken to like that. Ive received emails from Royal Mail saying the parcel in question would be delivered yesterday within an allocated timeframe and then again today within a timeframe. I had not received anything and its not easy contacting someone at Royal Mail. I spoke to senders customer team via phone who said theres a delay on Royal Mails side and it will be delivered Saturday. He also told me (as tracking the parcel also did) that the parcel is at the depot. He said that and if I give them my tracking number I should be able to collect. I went to the delivery office and was met with an awful woman who just said if I didn’t have a red slip I wouldn’t get the parcel. As I tried explaining what happened she just kept cutting me off and didn’t give me a chance to speak.
