very relaxing place, which cannot be explored in a day, or even a month. The former boating lake is a haven for water birds, the adjacent restaurant serves plain and simple foods of large proportions. Children have a choice of several play areas. There are five aside pitches and a very good garden centre. If you've never been there go as soon as possible.

Great place for walks on a nice day, taking the 4 legged family members out or heading out to busy the kids at the numerous play park areas! An outdoor table tennis table, tennis court and skate park provide ample things to do on the few dry days of summer. A lovely cafe/coffee stop at the boathouse with outdoor seating should you take your dog(s) and enough pathways and walking routes to tire even the most energetic of children. Always busy with plenty of people, dogs and kids running around. Even on the rainy days!

This is one of the best parks I have ever been to! So much to do, lovely woodland walks along complete with waterfall! The play park is wonderful, so much for kids of all ages to keep them occupied for hours, even has exercise equipment for adults if you feel the need! Tennis courts and a skate park are also part of the park along with a lovely pond with waterfowl, complete with a lovely cafe looking onto the pond.

A classic Victorian/Edwardian park. Full of families and dog walkers as well as casual strollers. Superbly well maintained and with a variety of landscapes that change with the seasons. Always pleasant for a Sunday walk.

Quite simply the nicest park I've ever visited. Wonderfully smooth paths that the kids loved scooting on, beautiful landscaping with a great lake. Really large and varied outdoor play area. Adult exercise kit dotted about at good intervals too. Good parking around the park and at the dedicated parking sites. A must visit if you have kids.

Great friendly service. Food temperature could do with upping. Food arrived yesterday of a temperature that meant it had to be eaten quickly before it cooled. Burger served in a cold bun which didn't help, would have expected this to be warmed.

Great selection of plants, but please tell me why you aren't dog friendly (like most other garden centres I've been to) . Think of all the dog walking/owning customers that you will out on from the park. Madness! But the selection of plants you have is second to none and staff friendly and helpful too.

It has very good collection of plants and it's variety. The area inside of garden center is very big, good collection of garden artifacts. Staff is very polite, helpful and pretty decent knowledgeable. Always keen to speak to shoppers. Despite every thing is good but only one concern is about the price. Slightly expensive. I think they must bring few deals to let the customer footfall inside. Just a suggestion only though.
