I have been a regular customer at Rose Beauty Salon for years now, and have made the 30 minute drive into Manchester from out of town just because I always know I can expect a top quality service. I have numerous regular treatments including Hollywood wax, microdermabrasion facial and eyebrow I can honestly say that every experience I've had has been perfect - top quality, discreet, professional and friendly service :)

I booked an appt via treatwell and struggled to find the place as I am new to the area. The lady on the line kept saying she had waited around for me, i called prior to my appt so I found this quite frustrating. The appt then went down as missed after I was told not to bother! Fyi not all your customers will be regulars and know where you are!
