Very happy with the service. Hair came out much better than expected. The stylist was really helpful with telling me what products to use to make my hair healthy again. Having tried a few salons in North Leeds & having had awful experiences, I was recommended to go to Bradford and had booked a full hair colour/makeover. I went in as one person & came out totally a new person! I absolutely love the shade the blend and the haircut/styling! I asked for brown/brunette shade but my hair colour is much better than what I wanted. I personally enjoyed the makeover and leaving it to the professionals with an open mind! Hair is super glossy and so many beautiful shades coming through. Next day I had several meetings for work and my hair just boosted my confidence completely! Everybody was complimenting me on the colour & styling. My husband loved it too and complimented me all week! I have tried a few renowned big names as well in London in the past but honestly these girls have done a better job by miles. Thank you Rebecca & Hannah & team. I am so happy I have found a gem finally!

First time called the salon got booking same day and got a amazing treatment for my damaged hair, staff was amazing the whole team made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have had my hair done by Rosa and crew for 18+ years, never disappointed. Have and will always trust the team to create a look that is right for my complexion and hair type and won't damage my hair. Yes, the process is lengthy, but that's the price you have to pay for perfection. Rosa is straight talking and will tell you if a colour is not suited or the best way to achieve it without frazling your hair.
