I been in the new roop salon got my hair cut a few times. I was soo impressed with the lady professional amazing hair cut layers. So lovely & friendly stuff. Always so kind & love how she does my eyebrows. Best ever in Manchester & great prices.

I had a half head of highlights done with Shaista a few weeks ago. Very pleased with the results. Shaista was really friendly and accommodating and did a great job. I found her to be professional and knowledgeable and she checked I was happy throughout the process. The salon itself is professional and clean. I recently visited the salon again, all members of staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this salon.

I had my eyebrows done here yesterday and it was lovely. COVID guidelines followed, sanitise on way in with temp taken and masks worn and social distancing followed. The ladies were all so lovely and welcoming and the lady who did my eyebrows was so gentle and got them spot on, and the lady who tinted them made sure they were even. Salon is clean and bright, loving the recent refurb, and enjoyed their friendly chat and they made me feel so comfortable. Recommend 110% and good value for money.

Covid gudelines were not followed - no face covering or shield was worn Sent asked for full head of hilighs, never received such service. I the roots went covered, the hilighs blead wich made my hair look patchy and discolour orange/yellow tones, when I asked I'd she can use smaller sections to get closer to the root of the her response was that she hand paint my roots with bleech and 9% peroxide, which left me with patchy hair, she over lapped my previous bleeched hair which are now damages, and over all I'm very upset and disappointed with the service. I have ans actually can't belive that she let me walk out of the salon looking like that 😡

I highly recommend! Lady who cut my hair was really nice, she gave me great head massage. My hair was cut exactly as I wanted. For sure I will go back! :)

I wasn't going to write this review but I walked out in tears. My hair was rib height and needed a post lock down chop. Fairs fair, quite a bit needed to come off. In the end,I left in tears. Three women it took to butcher my hair. Pictures included. They were all lovely and polite but there wasn't much they could do with little knowledge and BLUNT SCISSORS. Too late, my hair took 7 years to grow. 2hours it took to wash and butcher said hair with a failed attempt at bleaching my green out. I'm MORTIFIED. Left without paying (didn't like doing it but god knows what I'm going to do now). My mum went back and complained,she left with £15, is that really acceptable compensation?

Had a layered haircut and full body massage. No complaints at all. They were so accommodating to my requests. Highly recommended. Loved my new hair style and massage was like god sent after Lock down trauma. Thanks

The price is fair and service is friendly, but you do get what you pay for or maybe a little less. It’s okay if you only want a quick trim but not a style. I would think we can achieve the same cutting result by DIY ourselves at home.

Excellent service provided by lovely ladies, v friendly and welcoming and gave me what I asked for. Would highly recommend and will be back for hair again and also massage from Sharon.

I don't write reviews but I feel people should be aware of this. I went for my cut and colour using my groupon yesterday. Before she started she said I needed to pay £20 surcharge because I have long hair, this was not mentioned on the groupon. She then dropped it to £15. She is very inexperienced in hair cutting. Please see the terrible highlights and the cutting is terrib0le. In the shop it was dark so I couldn't notice how bad it was till I got home. I wouldn't have paid the extra £15!!PLEASE AVOID your hair will be messed up!! No temp check on arrival, she did not have face mask on. She dealt with 2 customers doing their eyebrows whilst doing my highlights and no hand-wash in between.
