A classy and romantic hotel. I felt like stepping back in time. Amazing and very friendly staff. The room was very nice, clean and beautiful decorated. Beds were great and rooms are quiet. Bathroom is beautiful and great shower. We sampled the food in the hotel restaurant and I like to recommend either the delicious fish and chips or a delicious vegetarian pie with turtle beans, spinach, lentels topped with creamy mash! Breakfast was very good. Traditional English breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices. Coffee, milk tea etc. The resort has extensive gardens a real must to see. As we did not visit the Spa I cannot comment but. I am sure its a treat to all Last but not least lots of parking for visitors!!! We have planned another trip to this hotel very soon. Can't wait to stay there again

Nice hotel, clean room and very nice restaurant. The car park was pretty full when we got there, and they had 3 weddings the following day. We were only there for 1 night on our way back south but would stay again.

We had our wedding at Ringwood Hall on the 27.08.21 and the whole day was perfect, everyone did their jobs to the highest standard and on time. John, our Master of Ceremonies was brilliant all day and such a lovely guy. From the day of booking (pre pandemic) right the way through to the day Ringwood staff were brilliant. A big thank you and we highly recommend the venue x

The room and en-suite were clean with a super king size bed and extra large bath. The hot stone massages by Gemma and Kinny, as part of our spa deal, were amazing! Unfortunately there were issues the food quality when we had our evening meal, especially the desserts which were inedible. The spa area was small and the pool too hot to swim in. Still enjoyed the break but was disappointed as we wanted to stay somewhere special for our wedding anniversary.

** Disappointed ** This been a 4 star hotel we expected a bit more, booked a standard room, room was clean but dated, it's fine to have furniture to suit the type of hotel but this was showing its age. When we arrived a wedding was about to take place, and it was that wedding that ruined our nights sleep, room was at end of building where clearly the reception was taking place, from around 9.30pm guests directly outside our ground floor room drinking/singing, around 10pm the music started until 11.30pm (I thought we still have restrictions around that), this said the hotel clearly had not put any thought of other guests and in our case with our 6 year been close to the reception, and to top it the room next door clearly had wedding guests in as the noise of them, the toilet, pipes at around 11.30pm when they rocked up. Nothing against the wedding itself, not the guests fault, the hotel should be placing there other guests away from the area
