First time ever attending anytime of Boxing class and I was hooked. That was 2 months ago. Wish I had of started years ago. Rich and Pat are really friendly, and make you feel welcome immediately. The classes are fantastic! Different levels of participation amongst the group from rookies like myself to those a lot more advanced. Highly recommend Ringside Boxing for those who are looking for the complete workout, in a safe and friendly environment!!

Started ring side boxing a month ago. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the 35 years of training. Not into doing classes anymore but wanted to box in a real boxing gym. Pax and Rich are amazing and watch and teach great techniques. And the price is the cheapest around. Great friendly staff and also the other patrons are all so friendly and up for a chat and make you feel welcome. Looking to get fit this is the gym for you. Every day is different Love it 🥰

Rich trained me for a number of years before opening Ringside. Honestly, I never learned so much from another coach. A true pugilist, & at least in my books is up there with the likes of Roach. I went on to coach myself, but if it weren’t for what Rich taught me, that road wouldn’t have been as successful. Whether it’s fitness or you want to advance your competitive career, you won’t find better. A true boxing encyclopedia

What an amazing and welcoming gym! As an inexperienced female walking into a boxing gym was a little intimidating, but as soon as I entered Rich and Pax made me feel welcome and comfortable and this continued right through the session. They provided so much support and guidance and the workout was intense. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks guys 😀
