5/ 5

I am delighted with the service given by Richard Griffiths & Co in our recent purchase & remortgage. In a sentence, they offer a very premium and caring service for a fair price. They are very approachable and friendly, and genuinely took the time to answer the questions we had and support throughout. Our cases were handled by Ian & Eliza on both transactions, and I have to say that they were both absolutely brilliant throughout. I had originally instructed another firm for our remortgage, but had to switch solicitors midway. When this happened, Ian was very helpful and supportive and helped with picking up the case midway. They were very genuine and diligent. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian & Eliza, and will be recommending RG & Co to friends and family.

I would like to thank Mr Ian Rhodes for his exceptional service with the conveyancing for our house sale and purchase. Our house sale was quite stressful at times and without Ian's advise I am not sure that we would have completed at all!! Many thanks Ian!

Matter Type: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Neil Adams was available at fairly short notice at Christmas to advise on a problem which he did in a calm professional and friendly manner. He had researched our problem before meeting us and was able to advise us of the best way to proceed to enable us to reach an amicable solution. We would be pleased to use him again. Mary Elmer

The worst solicitor! No communication at all then when I found alternative representation they had the cheek to say they were professionally embarrassed avoid like the plague, no consideration and happy just to be a duty solicitor for easy money! Good job I found a decent solicitor and it was a positive outcome for me, useless!
