My experience of William Bache is not a good one. I lent him money through Funding Circle for his old legal company. He borrowed £50,000, made 2 payments then dissolved the company. At the same time he set up this new company of which he is not a director, just a consultant. I guess being a laywer he knows all the loopholes. Funding Circle has now petitioned for his Bankrupcy. No doubt he will wriggle out of this as well. He made a personal guarantee for his loan which is not worth the paper it is written on. My advice is go to a good laywer and leave this company well alone.
