Super helpful! I went in with blinds to fix on Saturday and was helped by Dean and Anita from the Sutton branch, covering for colleagues in Oxford, and they went out of their way to help us find the right brackets and chains, etc. You don't get that level of service on line - so friendly and welcoming, knowledgable about the product and helpful.

We had our blinds fitted and an awning installed by Chris from the Oxford branch. Chris was fantastic throughout the whole process - friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgable and reliable. Everything was done on time; Chris made the whole process remarkably easy and the service was excellent. The blinds and awning look fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. I have never in my life had an experience like the one I have just had with Reynolds blinds we wanted a simple pair of curtains for the two windows in our lounge, to cut a long long story short it has taken 13 week's 3 visit's one by a young lady who came to measure the windows and the tracks in our bedroom when Chris who by the way is worth his weight in gold came to fit the curtains they had to be seen to be believed, they fitted nowhere and I was told mistakes happen, a mistake is maybe 2" short not both curtains completely wrong! Even the track she measured for our own bedroom curtains was measured incorrectly meaning Jazz had to drill an extra hole in my new wallpaper. Apparently I was told there are no courses for new estimators to go on hence the mistakes!! Then the wrong measurements were sent off again hence another delay and then the material got lost by the courier. I had to make numerous phone calls make sure I was in all causing frustration and inconvenience. I like to be honest and above board and say Chris who I mentioned before was extremely helpful and when he eventually came and fitted the curtains I am pleased with them but would I go through all that hassle and rigmarole again for a pair of curtains not on your life!!

Appalling customer service. Are still waiting on the fitting of shutters in one room which were ordered in feb 2021. A delay caused by their own incorrectly taken measurements. Despite repeated calls and emails to understand when order will be fulfilled there has been no response. Shocking customer service. wished we had never ordered with them in the first instance.

Loads of choice. Informed staff can help with what is required for a particular space. Great to have the option of someone fitting the blinds/shutters on windows and doors.

Our roller blinds were great, we found the perfect one. customer service can be better as Andy was quite moody and rushing when he came out to measure our windows. the guy who fitted our blinds was fast and helpful which was great. the price of our blinds was quite expensive but worth it as its blackout and had a nice silvery design. the ease of payment and booking in a fitting date was good.

For what we paid I expected a better service - we had a blind and curtain fitted, that needed subsequent adjustment - both times there was plaster dust and wall fragments covering the floor and our kid’s books. Obviously clearing up after fitting is an added extra, not impressed.
