Excellent record shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of good selections from various musical genres (both on vinyl and CD). They have interesting songs being played while in the shop. Plus, they've got a listening booth.

I live in the US, but they were awesome to deal with when I ordered a couple of EU-exclusive records. The shipping was fast and the cost more than reasonable. Will definitely use again if the opportunity arises. x

Yes yes yes! If I ran a music shop, I dream of would be like this. Evidence : overheard conversation "you don't really believe in the force.. What is it to you?" Magic balance of classic, genius and new discovery

5/ 5

Really great independent record shop down in the lanes in Brighton. The store itself is about a 10 minute walk from the station if that, and is right next to a load of other great shops worth visiting too. It's also fairly close to the shopping centre and beach so well worth a visit if you're in Brighton. The shop itself is fairly large with a large selection of CDs and records. The CDs are fairly priced for new CDs however if you buy used you can get pretty much any CD for £1-2, this is the case for every music shop however. The records are very competitively priced, not like the stereotypical "local shops" which add £10 to everything with the only selling point being "support your local shop". Obviously you probably could find them slightly cheaper online but the experience you get in the shop is definitely worth it. The interior is very cool with an upcycled wood look and there's some headphones to try out music before you buy it. Everything's arranged alphabetically by artist so it's easy to find what you need too.
