Me and my wife have been customers for years we order a washer dryer not only does the girl in store muck up or order so we have to go bk in store and wait another week with 3 kids no washing today we get or washing machine but it's the wrong size so I phone up The store owe sorry will will ring you bk I ring twice it's gone 6 guess what no call bk it's descustin not happy

Bought a TV 1st one was broken by delivery guy whom dragged it up my path now 2nd one is broken and in for repair. 3 months later still no TV. When I finally get a delivery day and told delivery between 8am and 6pm I wait in all day to then get a phone call from delivery driver at 6pm to say he is hour and half to 2 hours away. Service is disgraceful. Delivery drivers are rude. I will never recommended Brighthouse to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
