I’ve been looking for a Good hairdresser for a few years in the North East.....and finally found a keeper! Debbie K from Regis in Fenwicks did a great job of wash, cut and blow dry. Professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend.

Excellent professional service from Maria. Always more than happy with my experience. I felt safe and well looked after all safety measures in place for Covid.

Not allowed to take an important phone call from the hospital as she said no time for that. She told me that my local hairdresser whose training was equal to hers was a mickey mouse hairdresser. On showing a Facebook photo of my hair and how I wanted her to do it. She said time was ticking on and said that's not your hair! Which of course it was. Refused the use of a wand to curl my hair which I requested. Fortunately the junior found one to use on my hair. I do not like to be called lovey a word she used all the time. I was rushed all the time and came home stressed and unhappy and was charged £10 more than her original quote to me whilst I was in the hairdressers. It was the most disagreeable appointment I've ever had at Regis fenwick over the last two decades. She was unprofessional and I feel she is not an asset to a reputable hairdressing salon.

First time here and I was very impressed. The salon was exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff member who greeted me on reception was very friendly. I was taken by my stylist - Sharon T- at exactly my appointment time, to her chair where she asked me what I'd like, and advised me what would suit. Turned out she was spot on! I left feeling great with a new hairstyle that really did take 10 years off me. Added to that, she showed me exactly how to dry my hair when I do it myself! Thank you Sharon! It's definitely not the cheapest, but it's probably the first time I've left a hairdressers not wanting to wash my hair when I got home! Perfect!

Love getting my hair done by Julie C. I feel amazing after getting my hair done by her. She is good at what she does. I appreciate a hair dresser with a knowledge and such a detail to her work that she does! I feel and I see results every time I get my hair done by Julie. It a quality work and makes me feel great and always look my best for a long period of time my hair looks in such a good shape. Would recommend booking in with her. Lily 👱🏻‍♀️🤍✨

Claire did my haircut and it's lovely. The place is hygenic. The staff are wearing the face coverings and following proper sanitization process.

Clean professional and able to fit me in at the last minute! Hairdresser was able to advise on the best cut given its condition, texture and my daily routine. Very pleased with the outcome, would recommend 👍
