Been a client from its inception with a 23 year break whilst abroad, but glad to be back. Great stylists and colourists. Well trained and the acid test is that many staff have been there for a very long time. All vivid guidelines are being followed.

My partner is very very happy with the outcome of the Boilerhouse dying her hair also styling. Unfortunately the service was not friendly. Paying £120 I'd hope for the business employee to crack a smile.

Do not book eyelash extensions here. I'm so disappointed to leave this review as I'd heard amazing things from friends about this place. I had my eyelashes done just 5 days ago at the Jesmond Boilerhouse, paying £50 for the classic set. The service was fine while I was there and I was happy with the results but after 5 days the lashes are horrendous, not only have almost 80% fallen out but the remaining ones have fallen on their sides. They look terrible and some have fallen so much they have begun to stick into my eye. I've had eyelash extensions done for years and have never experienced anything like this. The worst part for me though is that I have emailed the salon 3 days ago, when I first realised that the rate they were falling out was far from normal to complain and ask for advice and to cancel my infills appointment and heard nothing back. Please please save your money and go elsewhere.

Really great friendly professional service ..my hair was done exactly as I wanted it done .. coloured & cut perfectly! Relaxed atmosphere & and a great playlist too ... definitely priced appropriately! Looking forward to going back for my grey's hidden soon!
