I am not sure how some of these reviewers come to there conclusions, But from someone who has had experience of a lot of different Doctors Surgery's. four of them in Brighton, this is the best practice I have experienced. The Doctors & nurses are incredible. down to earth, easy to talk to. Nothing is to much trouble. The biggest problem in most surgery's are the reception staff, but not at the Regency. When you phone you are answered straight away & have never had to wait that long for an appointment. Reception staff here are charming & well mannered.. My last surgery you would be placed in a queue of up to 40 people then you would be informed after half an hour that you were too late to get an appointment E Geoffrey Pope & Christopher Ryan

I visited this surgery to make an enquiry about an appointment I'd made a few days earlier. The receptionist from whom I made this enquiry I can only describe as an arrogantly vile and insulting old brat (or, perhaps, bat) – I suspect she’s one of these arrogant types that don’t actually have very much to be arrogant about, except when she meets someone she views as being less human than herself. She reined her aggressive condescension in after a short period, but only did so because she noticed her partner on the reception desk turning her head to look in our direction, as if to see what all the venom was about.
