Regency Dry Cleaners bath

They helped me getting rid of some seagulls dropping. They were lovely and attentive and helped me as much as they could. Lovely service, thank you.

Had some dry cleaning that needed doing. Great turn around time and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff.

This is a terrible company. I have been using their laundry delivery service and they overcharged me for quite a few items as well as a few of my payments going astray. As a result I have been receiving invoices for the wrong amount for months (despite having strong proof that I had paid everything I owed) and at one point I was calling them weekly to resolve the issue. I was continuously told my case would be taken 'higher up' but it was never resolved. On top of that the customer service was awful - rude and surly staff who were totally unapologetic. I am also not the only person I know to have issues with this company - I continue to hear bad things. I am now using a new company for my laundry delivery service who are excellent and I just wish I had never used Regency in the first place. Avoid at all costs.
