Jess is a hair magician. Made me feel really at ease and walked me through products that would help with my very damaged hair. A genuinely lovely person and truly amazing at her job.

Shanice is a great hairdresser. I have been to so many hairdressers in Bristol and she is the only one who has got it right! It is not a cheap salon but if you really want a good haircut (and also colour), it is worth the money.

Happy with my hair overall, however the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. I was several minutes late, and not only did they pretend that I didn't ask for a trim, in order to get me out of the hairdressers quicker, but the hairdresser was very rude commenting on how I treat my hair, and that I desperately needed a haircut. Definitely will not be returning in the future.

Couldn't rate my experience any higher! Terrified of hairdressers I reluctantly took the plunge and called for an appointment in the morning, got one for 3 hours later (on a Saturday). I was greeted by Helen who was amazing. She took the time to really discuss with me what I wanted, she explained what each option would look like with my hair type and really listened to what i said about my lifestyle. She offered advice on a style that would suit me. She picked up that I wasn't confident using products and explained each one she used before she used it. Helen clearly has a wealth of experience and I walked out of the salon on cloud nine with my new hair do. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hairdressers, I've been coming for a decade now, despite moving! When you find a hairdresser that actually gets you and your hair, it's worth the trip!

We were turned away for my wife's appointment as the hairdresser was not present. We were not contacted. Disappointing and a wasted journey. My wife had an appointment with Helen on 27 February. She has had lovely haircuts from Helen over a many years. This appointment was my wife's first after chemo. Helen cut her hair one year ago. We hope things are well with Helen and we would be glad to see her again.

To counterbalance the comment below. I have been using this branch of Reflections for years and my hairdresser ALWAYS knows how I like my hair and ALWAYS does a fantastic job. The Salon is constantly busy. I highly recommend it.
