Reeds Hair cambridge

Reeds is a professional salon with a family feel. I'm always made to feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door - the staff are professional yet friendly. They listen to you properly, take the time to fully understand what you want, and take the time to get to know you. My hair is in the best condition since I've been going to Reeds. I always look forward to coming here and always feel amazing when I leave with amazing looking hair! Would highly recommend :)

Highly recommend all of the Reeds team. I've struggled for years to find a hairdresser that can achieve the style I want every time but now I have and I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Kristy has cut and coloured my hair numerous times now, she takes the time to discuss the best way to achieve what I want. I've always been 100% happy when I've walked out the door and get so many compliments.

I used their services five months ago and still can't recover from the damages they did on my hair. Apart from the bad and cheap hair colour they are using, the atmosphere in the salon gives the feeling of being in a very cheap barber shop in a village. Extremely noisy, you can hear the gossip from the team including for the customers that are leaving the salon. Far away from the pretensions they are having. Very very poor quality of service and professionalism. Never go there if you care about yourself and your hair. Re answer from owner: Dear Owner, I have never agreed to be included in your customer base hence you can't find me there. Hopefully you are aware of the GDPR rules you are obliged to keep. After what you have done, I don't want to give you any access to my hair anymore or discuss anything with you. As well I can see you are pumping your rating in Google through fake reviews probably from your own team members. Enough for your reputation.

Great place, the guy who did my haircut, Pete, is like a hair scientist, explained things about my hair that a dozen other stylist I used in my life never did, extremely professional and nice.

Fantastic hairdressers, highly recommended! After having my hair ruined, both colour and cut, I decided to try this Salon and it was the best decision I could of made! Matt has done such a brilliant job at fixing my hair! His colouring and cutting is the best I've ever had. I have definitely found my new salon and hairdresser, would not go anywhere else now.

I've lost count of the number of years I've been going to Reeds Hair. For at least the last 10 years, Carlene has looked after me and is brilliant at asking what I want (I like to keep her on her toes by constantly changing my mind!) and delivering a superb cut. I've had several compliments on my cut since I last visited a couple of weeks ago. The salon has a fun vibe and all of the staff are so friendly. Highly recommended!
