Saw Guns or Roses. Great cover band and a good venue. Big gripe though, they shut the bar at 10.02 pm when the band was still playing saying that had to prepare for something later that evening. Poor.

Such a great live music venue, easily accessible for transport friendly staff,not too bad beer prices,and a smoke shelter to boot. Great place.

Only a small venue but lots of cheap parking nearby, great staff and cheap drinks. Love music most nights including new performers.

Awesome place, been there for a gig. It is safe clean and well maintained. Sound is great and people are friendly.

It's a cool bar. Seating not great, and there's not much off, it but the sound system is good and they can put on a good gig. Would appreciate draft beer back if the owner reads this...

Truly a great venue, makes me feel like I'm 18 again and rockin' at a festival, yeah it has festival toilets, but it really adds to the feel. So glad to have this in Manchester.

Great sound, cool vibe. Bar could have a bigger range, and it's not that cheap but overall a great venue. When I was there the toilets were grim portaloos but not really their fault.

Odd selection of drinks or should I say lack of. Toilets are portaloos outside which is odd. But the sound and view of the stage is great. All in all a venue that has huge potential to be incredible.

It's a great little venue, nice layout with stage area at the front, dedicated merch kiosk, comfortable seating area to the rear and a dedicated/enclosed outdoor space for smokers, staff are lovely, gigs are great. I can't comment on the beers cos I don't drink it, the cider is nice tho. Currently having issues through no fault of their own (Northern Rail did emergency works apparently and trashed their cellar and toilet areas) I don't like portaloos, but they're making the best of a bad situation and I'm personally very pleased that they haven't closed down as I've been to some brilliant gigs recently. Rebellion is a credit to the small music venue scene in Manchester, a proper gem. When the works are completed, it'll be back to 5* I'm sure.

Place was great, drinks was great, had amazing bands on, only downside was having to use portable toilets but can't be helped when rail network destroyed part of the building over the summer when doing rail works, will definitely be back sometime soon
