Worst experience ever. Ordered 8 grm wedding band, got 6.3 grams but was charged for 8 grm . Went back to ask said miscommunication between them and who makes it . This was the second experience for the same gold band. The first experience was spelling mistakes on engravement on the same rings. Any question please feel free to ask...

Please save yourself from visiting Ramesh Jewellers, they are so unprofessional and work like coyboy

Please save yourself from visiting Ramesh Jewellers, they are so unprofessional and work like coyboys. In addition to this - rude and arrogant staff who are solely profit driven and not looking for the customers interest at heart. Avoid yourself being in my shoes to write a similar review for these wannabe Jewellers.

I had worst experience with Ramesh jewellers.I don't even think of going there again. I bought a gold earing a month ago. When I bought that they talked a lot about warranty, guarantee and quality of their products. But it was broken within a month of general use. When I brought it back to Ramesh Jewellers they said their warranty is only for the Gold and not for the work they have done. So that they are 100% safe from the problems cause by selling poor quality works. Also they mentioned, although the item broken on the following day of purchase, they will not take any responsibility. In other words even they accept that their products are not in the quality of being salable. I spent around £250 on the earing and also I had to spend for fixing that poor quality item. Also one more thing I noticed is, they mostly trying to avoid giving a proper proof of purchase though if we requested. When I paid for the repair of the earing, initially they tried to avoid giving a receipt. Instead they are trying to give a visiting card with some handwriting as a proof of purchase. This also will be given only if requested. I had to fight for a proper receipt. This is somehow showing their dishonesty. I recommend to avoid this shop at any cost!!!! (Store details in the attached picture)
