Great and professional service, they advised me on other ways I could get what I wanted, and this benefited me in the long run. They do sell but also buy and create one of a kind pieces. I had trouble in the Ruslip area just trying to get in the jewelers, no such problem in CS Bedford's case the security let me right in, and greeted me with subtleties. I felt comfortable and like a valuable customer, I would and have recommended them to friends.

I had 2 broken clasps replaced, 1 in yellow gold & 1 in white gold. The broken yellow gold clasp was returned to me but not the white gold one. The replacement clasp on the white gold chain was obviously 2nd hand as the colour had worn off. My white gold chain ( bought in Dubai ) & worn every day for 10 years & NEVER tarnished. When i mentioned this to the asst, the reply was take it or leave it. ...Never again
