Good Friendly staff, always helpful, we come here quite regularly and even tho we always get to see alot of new staff but can appreciate how the company trains to be good with customer dealing all along.

Customer service we received was amazing , the young girl had time for us she was very helpful and gave advice ,telling me about the offers which were available on that day , ìi spoke to her the previous day over the phone aswell and again she was more than helpful . Great bargins as always ,love visiting this shop we travel from Newcastle.

Lovely staff. Neat and tidy.

The store is clean and tidy with clothing well spaced out. Good range of generally good quality clothing on offer at discounted prices as it is at the York outlet. However, still expensive with no real bargains so left without buying anything.

Watch out if you are buying Polo shirts from here. All mine shrunk after a 40c wash so bad that my 8 year old daughter has taken to wearing them.

On my last visit i had help from jake who went the extra mile to sort the item i needed ,nothing was too much for him Thank you jake

For some reason their prices are much higher than cheshireoaks, products are lined up in a way that makes it hard for what you are looking for, and it's easy to just move on. I cancelled my order and ended up going to cheshire oaks - additional fuel cost but hat one makes sense.

The store has good covid procedures in place and is well laid out. My partner would like to see more menswear with more custom fit rather than slim fit. The staff are friendly and willing to check for sizes in the stock room so always ask. Prices are less than the high street so definitely worth a look
