Great to deal with from start to finish - we contacted a number of local firms but R&D Goatley were head and shoulders above the rest

I have contacted them for what I thought would have required several windows replacement, instead only few hinges replacement and handles were required. The guy who came and quoted the job was polite honest and on time, the job was carried out in the most clean way and as result not drafts anymore and saved me quite a lot of money. Cannot recommend these guys enough, they are very professional!

We wanted better sound insulation. The Goatley came and said that the installation we had was of poor quality. Their system would reduce traffic sounds to just a whisper. In fact installation the engineer said that he could here no vehicle dousou in spite of my saying that there is very little difference. So an overpriced job and very unsatisfactory.

Very good quality products and all round service. We were over the moon with our new windows and conservatory.

R & D Goatley have completed two pieces of work for me recently to supply and install new doors and a window and new windows in my house. My experience from start to finish has been excellent. They are a professional and very friendly firm who really get the importance of good customer service. The work was done to a very high standard and the quality of their finishing is really first class. The installation team especially were brilliant and always took care of my property and worked tirelessly finishing ahead of time and with excellent results. They are not the cheapest but their value for money is great due to the high quality and finish of their products. 10/10 I thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Simon, Jordan and team your are stars!

Just delighted with my window from R & D Goatley, service and advice was outstanding from Simon and team, they really helped me after I had a bad experience with builders fitting windows for me, the fitting went very smoothly and the team were so tidy as well plus they are a local business so I have complete peace of mind. Customer service I had was 10 out 10, I will say not the cheapest quote I had but I can say you pay for what you get. I had Adrian fit my sunflex bi fold door he is a master at his job. I'm so happy I've already order a set of french doors to be fitted as well. I Can not recommend enough to anyone
