Worse doctors I've ever been. Besides paracetamol they don't know anything that is one point and they are highly untrained doctors. Had multiples problems never solved one of them. I don't understand why they take so much tax for this level of service. Is more easy to die then go there. I will change my gp asap there are a bunch of .....

Tried to call them several times over several days. They simply don't pick up the phone. If you need anything you need to go there in person. If there is queue you'll have to wait outside under the rain, and once inside you can literay see that the receptionist completely ignores the ringing phone. When I finally managed to speak to a doctor it was good and had good service (that s the only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Always a great experience. I had a lovely receptionist (called Cynthia) who through understanding my work situation was able to give me a routine appointment out of hours and took time to ensure I had the soonest appointment possible. Thank you for your excellent help!! I’ll be hard pressed to find another surgery like it once I leave Cambridge.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for over 3 years; we have found them excellent, so much so when we moved house we stayed with this practice. Receptionists, practice nurses and doctors are all great and really helpful. I usually see Dr. Clapham and she is absolutely fantastic.

very very worst service, believe it or not , have to submit registration form 3 times, each time they missed one person. But again, the address is wrong , have contacted so many times , they said they have corrected it but still wrong. All the letters are going to somewhere else, we have been contacted from Addenbrooks by telephone for an important proof, because we haven't responded to their letters ,they have sent some letters but of course address is wrong , it went somewhere else.

Waited for auto voice message to finish, then waited for phone to be answered - a long wait... Understand NOT to go to the surgery if any Covid symptoms, as been brainwashed from everywhere since it began. Begin to think this is all the medical world thinks about. Since last year have not been able to see a doctor, telephone appointments only. Was finally forced to go as an emergency, thankfully, the receptionist let me in with mask of course, this is only possible at 8.15!!!! We have been living with this pandemic for nearly 2 years now. Why do l feel that l cannot get help when it is required. I do not go to the doctor for trivial things. There were 9 cars in the doctors car park, obviously not all doctors - so what is happening here?
