Staff were amazing & supportive with our last-minute requirements when our son was hospitalized in Wagga Wagga. Travelled 5 hours to be with him, late check-in was easy & we needed an electric vehicle charger which was provided at no cost. For the next 4 days the staff bent over backwards to support us in a very stressful time, even though it was peak season (school holidays & sports events). Thank you Steve & team! We will be back under more relaxed circumstances one day!!

Loved our ground floor king room. Very quiet, with excellent facilities. Great staff, very pleasant welcome. There is a lift to the upper floors. Secure parking too. The club next door is a bonus for food and drinks.

Great place to stay in Wagga! We’ve stayed in a few hotels in Wagga and this is one of the best! Very spacious, the bed is awesome! and the staff are really accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We had dinner at the club next door and it was terrible. Given it may have just been the two meals we chose… but when we stay here again, we will eat elsewhere…

Honestly far better than I expected for Wagga. I've stayed in copious amounts of Hotels and Motels over the last couple years in Wagga Wagga. The staff are nice enough and it seems to be a family gig. The rooms where well made. The basic services like TV are actually in date and connected to the internet. Rooms are actually kinda spacious considering. There actually seems to be quite a bit of care involved in both the construction and the general running of the rooms.
