Stayed at the Waterfall Springs Retreat over the Easter 2022 break. This is by far the best glamping / wildlife retreat i have undertaken so far. The rooms are without doubt high 4 star / 5 star quality. As the photos on the website suggest, there is genuinely a lot of wildlife right at your room's door step. Kangaroos, wallabies, ducks, kookaburras, etc. There is even a 4km private hiking trail. The trail has two day beds that you can stop for a while and relax in. Great BBQ facilities and open fire facilities that achieve an outdoors / camping feel. Make sure you bring food with you. There is a reason the bbq/fire/cooking facilities are so extensive -- the nearest place for groceries is about 30min drive away. Otherwise, the proprietors (Steve and Alanna) are awesome. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights. The apartment is spacious, offers two bathrooms (toilets, showers etc.), a spa which fits two, a large room with a TV and many more features which I won't go into detail. We arrived late, rang the bell and Steve was there, waiting for us. Thank you, Steve. We opted for the breakfast option, too, which was good. There is n reception (Vodafone) but this didn't deter us, as we enjoyed living amongst the wildlife and nature. We would definitely come back!

We truly could not have asked for a more perfect honeymoon destination, a memory we honestly will treasure forever. My husband Daniel and I spent 4 wonderful days at Waterfall Springs Retreat and it exceeded our expectations - you really don’t need to go overseas, absolute paradise is right at our door step. I would go back there in a heart beat!! We stayed in the One Bedroom Superior Spa Apartment. It was so spacious and luxurious and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Steve and Alana have ensured the rooms have everything you could need for a wonderful stay - granola, jams, bread, milk, yoghurt, juice, teas and coffee. We had the most perfect view of the bush from our in room spa and the gorgeous kangaroos and wallabies were so entertaining to watch. I highly recommend including all the reccomend activities - we were able to ensure each day included some sort of adventure and then left the rest of the day for ultimate relaxation in the spa or a trip to the pool with another amazing view. We also enjoyed the very generous bbq packs and a pizza night too… highly recommend trying a tomahawk steak! From a night tour to see the the very special view of glow worms, bush walks around the property and a beautiful waterfall, a picnic at the picturesque day bed overlooking the bush and watching all the bird life, and a tour with Alana around the property to meet all the kangaroos and wallabies and learn more about the retreat… it was all amazing. Rocky will melt your heart! We only left the property once to explore the town, and that was because everything we needed was right at the doorstep at this magical place. Though the highlight of my stay was when Steve insisted we have our bbq dinner at the beautiful outdoor bbq area.Steve made us a fire and Daniel and I enjoyed a very very nice bottle of wine after dinner and stared up at the perfect stars… a magical moment we will always treasure. Alana and Steve are down to earth, beyond accomodating and just want to ensure you have the best stay, but also give you ultimate privacy and time to relax. Thank you for spoiling us with a perfect honeymoon 💚🦘🌳 Lauren and Daniel
