Quality Hotel Lakeside – Bendigo

Really enjoyed our stay here. Executive twin room was lovely and spacious. The restaurant / menu was great. The standout, however, were the staff. Everyone I spoke with were extremely helpful, engaging and always smiling. Will definitely be back.

We were in the new part of hotel, it was really lovely. Comfortable king bed, bathroom really nice. Breakfast on the other hand, don't know if some more training needs to be done. They had a buffet set up, apparently for another group there, but not explained to people arriving for breakfast, so some got up to have some, until a girl ran over and told them not for them we nearly did too. Also coffee was cold with a heap of coffee dust on the end which ended in the mouth dreadful taste, napkin was black with percolated granules. Meal was left on bench for two bell rings so was just warm, toast was soggy and had to ask for a teaspoon and sugar.

Tasty & Awesome cuisine, Friendly and welcoming staffs plus clean facilities created a very delightful dining atmosphere. Could not recommend this place more. Cuisine Pricing is quite reasonable , can’t fault their services Can’t fault Every dishes we ordered

After hours checkin seamless and just what we needed after arriving from airport after long flight delays. Thank you for your brilliant service. Oh, room was perfect for our family of 4 too.

We lived in an apartment and fully enjoyed our stay at this place. Nice and clean rooms with all the amenities provided. The apartment is serviced everyday and reception, staff are very nice , professional and friendly. Great location and car park is available on site and we always found a spot to park our car in the building. We will be staying there again the the future. Highly recommended.
