Going down hill. After paying a sizeble deposit I was contacted twice to reschedule. First time was ok. 2nd time? No. My time is important too..and I am the paying customer. Time for me to find a different dentist

From being nervous and paranoid about my teeth, I can safely say that while at Q court. I have a completely different outlook now on dentists. I have had bad experiences in the past that had made it hard for me to find the right one. And get all the work I needed done. Upon my first appointment (which was super easy to book, reception was on point with their service) I was introduced to Omer and Mellissa (apologises if spelt wrong). And as with anyone who feels the same, those Anxiety feelings can creep up fast however with Omer, he sat me down. Made me feel comfortable, asked me what issues I had, what I wanted done/fixed and after inspecting gave me good clear communication on what he wanted to do and what needed to be done. Hands down the best dentist I believe I have ever had. He was calm, clear and when it came down to it. He is gentle and gets the job done. He is amazing at ensuring that I let him know if I feel any pain and when I do he recognised it and adjusted accordingly! He is so kind and friendly along with his amazing sidekick Mellissa, such a sweet and friendly lady. While having my X-rays she too was so kind and communicative, even talking about what tv shows we share in common helped take my mind off the awkward X-ray. They are the dream team. They work so well together and days where I can tell they have been busy and pushed to their limits. They never once stopped the way they worked. Extremely professional and their customer service is 5 star quality. I would recommend them to All my friends and family. Thank you to both of you for being so welcoming, friendly, kind and hard working people. You make the difference to my days of visiting the dentist. Much love to you both. !! ❤️

My family and me recently moved to Q Court and I couldn't recommend them enough. Everybody is very friendly. We've had check ups and minor works, all done to the highest of quality. No sales to get additional or unnecessary works done. The dentist and all staff are very professional. The dentist is also very good with kids. So in short we're all very happy with Q Court.

Had to change my dentist, very poor customer service, nearly impossible to reach them over the phone. All appointments seems to be very brief and rushed

I have had a professional service today. I was treated passionately with every staff member, particularly the receptionist and Doctor Omer and Calum. The whole treatment was done professionally and the approach was empathetic . I would recommend anyone to this dental practice without any doubt .

As a new patient I was seen very quickly for a severe toothache (when else do we contact a Dentist). First class reception, very efficient dealing with registration, excellent treatment and recommendations for ongoing health of Gums and Teeth. Cant speak highly enough of Q Court dental now have 2 neighbours attending and recommend to anyone.
