Very good GYM, Opens twenty four hours and the location is great because there is Tesco hyper market, which help you sorts out any daily need with your workout routine

Very good gym and plenty of equipment. I mainly use the cardio machines but the whole gym itself seems a very comfortable experience with no stress on what you look like or how you train. Would recommend 👍🏻

I have used this gym since 2020 and I can’t fault them. I think they are doing their best for a gym in a such a small town. Moved from London but surprised at the care they put in this gym. Especially the gym manager. I don’t know his name but really great guy. He smiles to everyone he meets on the floor making it very easy to ask him any question. Good work to you. In all I think it is a very good gym.

Been going here for over 4 years had a year break inbetween, very friendly staff never tried any of the classes or went with a personal trainer, only give it 4 star because there's not much machine to human ratio that is to be excepted though due to budget but when there is like 80+ more people in the gym it's hard to get a machine or bench so you just have to stand around like a peacock 🦚 wait to fend off other people looking for a machine/bench still an enjoyable experience when there isn't many people there

Good atmosphere, good range of equipment!

What a class place. Almost everything is here. It is lacking a few luxury items, extra machines and kit but what they have is still kept clean and is maintained and repaired in good time. Staff/ PTs are great to work with. When I move, a gym like this will be my first thought to find near me.
