Good gym with two floors and plenty of equipment, could do with a few more racks for when it's busy. - If you are thinking of training in the evening at 5 or 6PM forget it, it's hammered, train early in the morning instead if you can. - Free parking for 3 hours which is a huge advantage in the city centre as long as you put your reg into the parking devices inside the Gym, if you forget and you get a parking fine take it to the gym manager and they can try and get it cancelled for you. - plenty of showers think their is about 8 in total, changing rooms are kept relatively clean and tidy overall a good gym and no real complaints

The equipment is fine, the staff are nice, but people will leave the things they use absolutely anywhere, and they will also take things like plates that you are using (without asking). The only way around it is to go when it is not busy. If they bought a lot more plates and had them on poles it would be so much easier.

Many of the reviews here are not representative of the gym. I have been a member of several gyms and have never come across one as disgraceful as this. There are always weights / plates / dumbells on the gym floor all over the place. You only see staff when they are doing PT sessions or showing people round. Really awful attitude from staff and as a result a poor culture and gym

There where not enough bars or weights and people where ignorant taking weights off the rack while I was mid exercise without asking and the place was a mess. If you can go anywhere else I would

Safety and health checks are not upto mark Most guys don't put their weights back or clean bench Upon asking they replied we don't work here..its not my responsibility to keep gym clean and put weights back. Managers are never to be found nor they are bothered about keeping gym clean or asking people to do it. With new covid surge and in order to keep gyms open management should enforce rules and cancel memberships of the ones who don't follow

Gym smells most of the time with the changing rooms always dirty and shower drains blocked and cracked tiles everywhere. Not enough weights for the amount of people who go there during peak times.
