Great explanations and demonstration from the trainer Lewis/Louis. He kept a professional eye on my daughter who is 16 years old and new to the gym although, he was the only one that was assigned to help other customers with his queries. My daughter is excited to return to this Puregym

Staff on a whole are quite friendly. The gym equipment is very high quality, lots of machines, lots of places to do pull ups etc. Price is very reasonable. Only issue is like many other gyms is that there can be times where it's really busy, and you can't do any barbell squats as an example. They have about 4 places to do barbell squats which is nice, previously was 6 before lockdown struck. Place looks great as well, all the equipment is 1 year old, so looks really nice.

This is by far the best pure gym ive trained at. More specifically for the equipment which is not the same brand as other pure gyms. The only issue was my app allowed me here 4 times. Then stopped my access. Staff are all friendly aswell. 100% recommended.

Swindlers! I signed up for a pure gym plus membership thinking I could use this branch during the holidays and paid £29.99 for the first month. After 2 weeks of use they suddenly cancelled my access to the branch in the middle of my first month without any notification. After contacting them I was told that this branch is more expensive all of a sudden and I must pay extra immediately on top of my plus membership to be allowed access again. A mandatory price hike in the middle of the billing month is a sleazy buisness practice in my opinion and not something a legitimate business does. I asked for my membership to be cancelled and to obtain a partial refund for not being able to use the gyms I had originally signed up to use but they rejected this. This branch has the same standard equipment as in every other budget gym I have seen. There are many other gyms which are much cheaper then puregym with the exact same equipment. No need to stay with a swindling company like pure gym who behave like the mafia.

Equipment in good condition. Clean. Vast majority of users wipe down after using kit. Good mix of cardio, resistance machine and free weights. Full mix of users from beginners to experienced. Can get busy even during off peak times however there is always some kit free. Staff friendly and helpful. The only minor comment about this gym is that there are no windows other than those located at the entrance toward the front. Overall recommended for all users.

Been going to this gym for the past 2 years! Clean gym with regular cleaners and staff walking about tidying equipment and lots of cleaning stations due to covid! Also I've had a member of staff come to me and my partner on a different occasion and being really supportive and motivational, offering some pointers which really helps you mentally when you were feeling like giving up because your not seeing any changes! Some even offer taster PT sessions which is helpful!

You get what you pay for. The gym is very busy, when you are unlucky and work 9-5, and after work is the only time you can come to the gym, there's a little chance that you'll find a free piece of equipement to use. It seems to be not big enough to accomodate all of these people. Most of staff is friendly and the gym is pretty clean. For me it's time to move on though.
