Staff do not listen to what the customer asks for. I was so upset having my hair done that i cried after seeing it, the hairdresser then shouted at me in the recpetion.

Very clean, felt save, plus Stacey was an excellent hairdresser, will definitely be going back.

Alex was so amazing. From the moment I walked in until I walked out she made me feel like her most important client and gave me so much fantastic advice. She clearly goes above and beyond and loves what she does. Can't wait to see her in a month for my next treatment. Love Pure Indulgence and can't recommend it highly enough.

As ever, I had a great experience. Stacey cut and coloured my hair and I love it. She knows exactly what I do and don't like now and gets it right every time. Also, great head massage when is it was washed. Highly recommend.
