It's great going to Prouds Glendale. Great prices friendly staff

Cancelled lay-by within 12hours and still had to pay $25. And come in to the store all the way from Fingal Bay as wouldn't allow my daughter to do transaction.. Not helpful AT ALL.. They will receive a whole lot of my opinion via family and friends and social media. NOT HAPPY JAN !!!

Some staff are amazing and others you may as well serve yourself.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. We didn't go in to spend much money at all but my Miss 10 was treated like a princess while shopping in store for her birthday. Wish I knew the name of the lady who helped her. Thank you for going above and beyond. She absolutely loves her necklace and ring. 👏 Well done guys. ☺

Was glad to finally pick up my jewellery with my daughter's ashes in it.they looked after it so well.even cleaned it.they go the extra mile.

Good variety of stock in store, with price ranges for all budgets. Staff are helpful, but a little dry and cold. Good overall.

Customer service just isnt up to standard...considering we were the only customers in the store on a Saturday. I worked at vthe Charelstown branch as a casual all through school (Many moons ago) and honestly, I would have had a 'talking to' by my boss had I of had such a lack of interest in a customer or asked (as i was) Are you right? Worse part was I was actually ignored by older (possibly more senior) staff. I went with the intention to purchase a ring, bracelet & earrings....(total over $800) instead I just purchased the ring and will go else where to purchase the other....Very Disappointing....
