Property Link Estates is a fantastic letting agents. They have assisted my family in many lettings of property over the years and have always proved to be hugely efficient, friendly and on the ball. I feel very confident in recommending them to anyone for letting your property or renting a property from them!

We have used Property Link as our letting agents for 10+ years, and have always found them to be extremely effective in managing the let properties. When we came to sell one of these properties recently, Julie told us that they were adding sales to their business. We had no hesitation in asking them to act for us. Throughout the sales procedure they were excellent at communicating with us as well as with potential buyers. The whole procedure was painless, the house sold within a month - and I have no hesitation in recommending Property Link as selling agents.

I have recently finished my tenancy through this estate agents, and I only wish I could have dealt with them again for my current tenancy. From my first meeting with an agent of Property Link Estates in Bath, the service has been only friendly and immensely helpful. On the one occasion a maintenance issue arose, I contacted the office and someone was sent to repair the sink the same afternoon. I have never had any difficulty in contacting anyone and any emails I have sent have always been responded to within a reasonable amount of time. I would thoroughly recommend visiting these estate agents. They are quite unlike other estate agents in the city (and I believe I have visited most of them in trying to find reasonable accommodation), being a small, friendly office, where you can deal with the same few people.

AVOID! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Don't depend on them for follow-up emails or timely responses or. Expect them to choose whether or not to respond to enquiries, which happened on a few occasions. If they do decide to email you, don't expect them to provide you with enough/relevant info so you don't have to email again. They type the bare minimum, often neglecting good manners. I don't think this is down to them being busy, because I've been round their office a few times and they're sitting about and sipping tea, so it's a combination of incompetence/carelessness. Abrupt and unpleasant mannerism, whether face-to-face or via email. Uninformative. Forgetful. Unprofessional. Expect the tenants to do all the running around for them. Utterly clueless.

I have recently moved out of a property I rented through property link. Julie, Phillip & Louis were flexible & communicative throughout the entire process. There were a couple of issues with things going wrong in the property (through no fault of their own) throughout my tenancy and they ensured that all of them were sorted out quickly and without hassle. Would highly recommend them.

Phillip and Julie looked after my house for about 10 years. Probably had about 5-6 different tenants and only a couple of month without occupancy rent in total. Dealt with repairs, inventory, all kinds of things. They eventually sold my house for me at a price I was really happy with and a very reasonable fee. Great service. I am very grateful.
