Hands down the best customer service I've ever had, I was being indecisive about my carpet colour right up until the last second and the team were so patient with me. The guys they sent out to fit and measure were really friendly and they've done an excellent job! Believe them when they say they can't be beat on price too, I looked at every other carpet shop and was being charged a lot more, even after some haggling they could only barely match Pricewise.
