Walton Flooring Centre liverpool

I had an artificial grass fitted through them last year in summer. It has not even been a year and the normal grass is growing from the sides etc I have contacted them via Facebook last week and been told that contractor who fitted the grass will be in touch by Monday which was 3 days since I raised the issue. No one has been in touch, I've contacted them again on Monday its now Friday didn't hear from contractor again. I have been promised that contractor will contact me again today so I will just patiently wait. The Walton Centre is communicating great so I'm hoping for positive outcome

Was advised that my floor would have been down a week or two back and still waiting due to the floor not being in stock? Would’ve thought the floor would have been delivered to the store at the time of booking to save any delay. Now expecting it to be put down this weekend and if it is once again delayed further I will be asking for my money back (as i’ve paid for the floor already) and will be making a complaint. Have been really patient throughout but I think the service is lacking here. Good service from the man in the store but just went downhill from then

Although the carpet is nice the fitter lied to me. Said he needs to cut the bottom of the door which is ok. Then he said he needs to come back to do it which is still ok. A day later I heard nothing I spent a couple weeks going in to the shop and ringing up about it then I was told 2 different reasons to why they didn't do it. I had to wait even longer for another fitter to be available and I had to pay him to even though it should of been done on the first day.

Had dealings with Walton flooring over the last year. Have had the house done completely and it looks fantastic now compared to when we moved in. First visit fitted laminates to two bedrooms and laminate tiles to kitchen Second visit fitted laminate to third bedroom Third visit fitted laminate to hall, stairs and landing Final visit today fitted laminate to living room The quality of fitting is superb, I'm a quality inspector and couldn't find a fault with any of the fitting. They even went out of their way to find a match for the living room beading which was darker than they usually use. All the different fitters were superb, always rang before to say what time would be there and just got on with the job. Cleared up too left the house spotless. Would recommend Walton flooring to anyone believe me you won't be disappointed. The prices are very competitive too. When we had our kitchen and rooms done total cost was less than quoted by M****T just for fitting flooring in kitchen , flooring extra on top. So you can see why we where happy with Walton flooring.

Fantastic service and excellent quality. We contacted walton flooring centre ( Burscough branch) and spoke to Andrew Monk , he was so helpful and offered to come and measure our garden for Artificial grass. We both work full time and it was not a problem for Andrew to arrange a time that was best for us. He turned up with a great range of samples for us to look at while he measured the size of the garden. We sat and talked through our options and we booked a date. The grass turned up exactly when he said it would. We did shop around before we bought the grass and found Andrew and walton flooring centre to be not only knowledgeable, great value but also friendly and not pushy. I would definitely recommend family and friends to buy from Andrew and Walton flooring centre. 10/10

Brian is a true gentleman, there was no pressured sales. I was allowed to browse at my own convenience, once I choose my carpet and flooring for my new home Brian arrange a free measure up. Which was arranged for two days time, on the day John called me in morning to arrange a time he then worked out the price in my home, to my surprise it was over £700 cheaper than a previous quote I was given by SCS. I was also able to keep hold of my money as I paid for it through there interest free finance. I had the carpet and flooring installed yesterday and the fitters where really pleasant and again called with a time. The quality of fitting is far better than I have had before and to top it off Brian has just called to make sure everything went well and I am happy. To which I replied over the moon and I will be leaving a review shortly.
