We spent 5 hour on a ghost tour. It was fun and we never felt scared. It was nice to walk around this place in the dark and hear the stories and myths.

This is claimed to be Brighton's most haunted house. Sadly, we didn't come across one on our visit, although we did look. Certainly one of the undiscovered gems of Brighton and easy to find, just off the main A23, the nearest landmarks being a Sainsbury's Local and a Shell petrol station. Plenty of free on-street parking close by. This is an amazing manor house with its own true story. Elegant Edwardian family rooms upstairs and the servant's quarters below stairs. Outside is a stunning garden, which is free to enter and adjacent to Preston Park. Enjoy your visit and watch out for the ghosts.

Wonderful place. One can walk all around the rooms and furniture, rather than being restricted to a corner as is so often the case. Lots of interesting history and lovely decorative details. Reduced entrance price for residents of Brighton and Hove. It's only taken us twenty years to think to go there and it's only a couple of miles away. Definitely recommend!

We visited for the Pier Pressure escape room event and the whole experience was just fantastic. Set in the preserved manor, an interactive puzzle solving event with incredible staff. The manor museum was very well presented and staff were wonderful.

Well worth a visit to this lovely old house. The staff are wonderful and really helpful. You can watch a short film about the last owners which adds to the experience. We felt really welcomed and enjoyed every minute.

I really enjoyed the Home. It is not the biggest or most exciting manor Home I have visited, some of the National Trust ones are more glamorous, but the story is good, the furnishings are delightful and the staff are so welcoming, that I have recommended it to my friends and family.
