In fairness we were in a large group all eating at the same time. My meal, fish and chips was not the golden crisp batter more like very brown and crunchy needless to say I didn't finish it. Would I go again, yes but as a couple not in a large group. Got to give them benefit of doubt.

Budget hotel chain in close proximity to Trafford centre, Manchester. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and check in was quick. Rooms are clean and have all the usual amenities. Hotel is attached to a Brewster's restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast was to a reasonable standard. Overall happy with staff

Absolutely brilliant. Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the brewers fare around to the inn and all meals were fab. The barman on Saturday Simon was such a character, great banter too. Emma the chef cooked our smothered platter to perfection. The steak was spot on. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Will defo be staying again and visiting the brewers fare again.

When booking a short break I always seek out Premier Inn as I have always had good visits however this trip was beyond disappointing. We were put into a room for disabled which was completely unnecessary, the facilities provided in the room were not adequate so I had to ask for additional towels etc. The shower dribbled at best! The walls were paper thin and we were kept all night with tapping and banging noises. Very disappointing!
