Premier Inn Manchester City (Piccadilly) hotel – manchester

Thank God I found this little treasure in Manchester. ✨ The room was perfect, beautiful, super clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, never slept so well in my life. It was really amazing!! I would really love to thank Arianna for being such a nice, gentle person. Very few people would have done what she did for me, thank you very much for being such emphatetic to me. I wish you all the best. The hotel was just two minute walk to the central station! Happy Holidays, all of you have been very nice, polite and helpful. This is, without any doubt, the best hotel in the United Kingdom!

Nice modern rooms friendly staff however despite "enhanced" cleaning mine wasn't the cleanest of rooms ...the usual things missed dusty pictures and TV stained carpet and foot stool .. I upgraded to premier pleased with the coffee machine however the proffered chocolate wasn't available .... Maybe a sorry no chocolate here's some biscuits it's a little thing but that's what make the difference. The team on front desk was very friendly absolutely no problems there.

Room was reasonable - clean, not too noisy, what you expect for a premier inn. I enquired if there was a left luggage facility before booking and told there was, but when I checked out i found it was just a pile of bags in the corner, and the member of staff try to charge me (cash only) for using it! Unacceptable and I had to carry my bag with me all day.

Great stay for work, the room was clean... however it did stink of smoke which wasn't ideal. I had the window open pretty much my whole stay and the smell wouldn't go away. Despite the cold weather outside the room was very warm though. And the staff on for breakfast were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was actually great, I wasn't expecting much but I was really impressed with the selection. The staff were also kind enough to store my bag before check in and after which was a huge help to me. Great location too. Would definitely stay again, I would just hope for a room without the smoke smell next time.

Hotel clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. However unable to get food in restaurant at 9pm even though open to 10pm. Chef said too busy but only had 3 tables. Two tables of 2 and 1 table of 2 adults and 4 children. 1 table already finished eating. Very disappointing esp after long day. Thank god for Ubereats got food to room at 9.45pm. Would be reluctant to book this premier inn again due to that reason.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Customer service on point. On boxing day there was a staff member who was absolutely outstanding with organising the restaurant. He was clam and very professional . I will definitely stay again.

Great room, decent size and comfortable bed. View from room fabulous from 6th floor. Staff really helpful and friendly. Really good location in Manchester and close to station, decent restaurants etc. Room very clean and hotel itself. Would definitely stay here again. Good place to stay before a flight as near station, train to airport quick and direct.

Great value for money. Clean. Friendly. Restaurant was great. Did have to queue for a while to check in, but that is the only slight criticism. Would definitely go again.
