Bed as comfy as ever. Food breakfast and evening meals were brilliant. Room always clean staff always friendly and polite.. Great place to stay if you want to explore Cambridge a 5 minute walk to bus stop which runs every 15 mins into the city centre. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. Only gripe was that we were on floor 7 of 8.

Nice accomodation for business trips. It is a relatively new hotel and all is neat and clean, standard premier inn breakfast. There is some noise coming from the road works but it did not disturb me.

I absolutely loved this particular Premiere inn. Firstly it was a lovely area, despite work and close by roads it didn't really bother me. Lovely reception desk and no do it yourself terminals which I loved. The room was clean and spacious and a safe, spacious and secure car park. Brilliant food both for dinner and breakfast. Curtis in reception is an outstanding member of staff and should be praised for his swiftness and professionalism throughout the job. Despite making a mistake on my booking, he soon rectified it and admitted it which I very much appreciated.Very pleasant chap. This is my new favourite place for time away :) thanks to everyone for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel, not the easiest to find as it's hidden away at the back of a housing estate. The rooms were what you expect from a premier inn, a decent size and clean. The food was good and the self service breakfast is great value for money. All the staff I encountered were friendly and polite and did everything they could to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Large Premier Inn at the side of the A14. Not as modern as some of their other hotels, but not too bad. Rooms are ok with a comfortable bed and great pillows. TV settings are password protected, the maximum volume is too low when the room aircon is running. Aircon heats the room ok in winter. The restaurant is large but currently covers are reduced due to restrictions. Large amount of dishes not available. Food takes alot longer than it used to, lots of dishes are covered in spring onions for no good reason. Housekeeping knock and enter room despite telling reception to not disturb and do not disturb card on the door.

Found this Premier Inn easily, coming in from A14. Clean room, comfy bed, if low, pair of tub chairs, handy in pandemic. If we asked for anything, given as needed. Used restaurant a few nights, so found menu a bit restricted as we do not like spicy food. Although a number of vans around, found parking handy. We used the Park & Ride system to go into Cambridge; very good value using group ticket. Franceska stood out in restaurant, cheery and attentive. Lovely lady on reception, but do not know her name. Thanks again to Premier Inns.

Made for a lovely base point this long weekend while we visited family. The beds where lovely and soft, breakfast was delicious, everything was warm but not dried out; actually a very pleasant stay. There's even a play park and a little tesco within short walking distance. Oh and the water pressure is actually amazing, especially for a hotel! Only complaints are that the paneling and skirting board in the bathroom were a bit shabby and in need of repair; and that it's a bit of a hike from the rear car park to the entrance, especially when carrying a sleeping toddler... In the rain... Really could have done with a shortcut there. Would fully recommend though, much more pleasant stay than we've ever had the travelodge we used to use.
