Stay at the Travelodge instead. Booked 2 rooms on 1 reservation for 1 week but 1 room wasn't required until a day later. Even though the reservation was booked in on the correct day with the first room, the day later peoples' room was automatically cancelled and they had to sleep in their car even though the room was paid for. They would not give our money back, so in short, pay for the room but you are not allowed to stay in it. When I argued how you can pay for a room but not be allowed in it with reception she put the phone down on me, probably because she simply couldn't answer the question! Despicable.

Nice place, never had a problem with breakfast. Although you pay for the parking downstairs using a third party, which would be fine, there is no maximum. There can be more people booked to park in one night than there can be spaces. We had to park elsewhere one night. Either this or it was for the maintenance vans parked there.

Room was lovely and clean but reception was Rammed with people from a Logan air flight who had been sent there. Did not feel safe, social distancing went out of the window. Receptionist was doing her best under a clearly difficult situation. Had booked a meal deal but cancelled as they could not give me a Breakfast before 9:00. Car Park was Rammed so I had to park on the street. Free after 8pm.

I have travelled to most premier inns.. Fort time to Aberdeen City centre. Arriving me a wonderful Czech 🇨🇿 girl her name began with a Z but she was bubbly , witty and made me feel so welcome . She catered for everything I asked. Room had a larger bed and was just the best.stay ever . Highly recommended. And I will go back there again .
