Post Office – Wibsey leeds

Opening Times wrong. Says on google they open at 630am, yet at 8am wouldn't serve me as they dont open till 9am.

These people are the most ignorant to run a post office I have been in 2/3 times will NOT go in again until they have left......

Ever since it got taken over last year this place has gone down the swanny.. Rude manager always on the phone or laptop ignoring people coming in, over charging and absolutely zero manners or even courtesy to say hello. Seems to go early leaving people outside and just generally doesn't seem to give a toss. Feel for the other staff who do work there as they are polite and competent, but you can see their frustration when he talks down to them and tries to show authority. Not a good manager at all no wonder this post office has gone from queues out of the doors to occasionally having a couple of people inside. Bring back the old or bin the current. It will be another business that goes under..

Rude manager. Always on phone or laptop and doesn't talk to you like your post office people should. Lack of staff and unwillingness to help

Ignorant,arrogant manager,cash machine frequently not working and no staff behind post office counter.It used to be a good friendly place now very bad service.
