I don't think I've ever actually left a negative review before but honestly, some of the Post Office staff thoroughly deserve complaints, purely for the level of ego and rudeness they display. I've been patronised by staff today and talked down to - and not for the first time. I was told the wrong information by someone who was very keen to appear as though they knew best. The stress of this distracted me from checking that I had the all important receipts before I left, which I really need to keep as I send items abroad. There was actually a receipt missing - they failed to issue one of two for a couple of parcels posted to the same address - and there's nothing I can do about it now (of course it's also my responsibility to check and I should have done that). The two stars are for one of the other staff members who is usually helpful. A great shame about their colleague. I'm going to completely avoid dealing with that person in future. I work in retail so I know how awkward customers can be, but I believe the other negative reviewers - some of the staff here are just desperate to show their superiority, or to make you feel stupid for asking a simple question. Dear insufferable know-it-all: please retire or leave soon and let the people of Headington post their parcels in peace without having to deal with your massive ego.
