I wish I could give the staff less than 1 star. Rude, unprofessional and went out of their way to upset me. Royal Mail, you should be ashamed of this branch.

while it says on the website that they're open until later, they had just closed up and refered me to the co-op kiosk saying let them figure it out. when they asked for advice and stickers the staff was laughing at the guy.. would give less than one star if i could. the co-op guy was great though!

Excellent, helpful staff. Great part of the local community and supporters of St Andrew’s Primary School next door. Please Note: PO hours for full service are different to the Co-Op supermarket who only offer limited service outside of PO hours that are: Mon-Fri 9-5.30 & 9-3.30 on Sat.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Completely unfriendly. I sent an overseas package and paid the label online with instructions saying it needs to be stamped at the post office , the woman at the counter refused to stamp it and handed me a receipt saying we don’t do that here and received the package with a rude voice tone. I don’t recommend going to this place at all this is not the first time that they have acted that way they are always looking to take advantage of you therefore I printed the label in advance. Past time I didn’t do it in advance and paid there ,they never gave me a receipt or tracking number even though I paid for it , they didn’t have paper to print it at least they could have given me a number to take note on a spare piece of paper but refused with a horrible drop shoulder attitude and guess what the package never arrived. Terrible service they look to take advantage of people.

Very unprofessional and rude staff! Just came along here to drop a parcel, which I paid online with my Business Click and Collect account and the person from the till says that he needs to see the rest of the label which shows the price(I took the price off because my customers have free shipping and the shipping price is irrelevant), to see that it’s paid:))))) But when you scan the barcode it shows that it’s paid, it’s not like I just invented a Royal Mail label now. At the other Post Office in Littlemore they take the parcel without any problems. This shows the lack of customer service that the Local Post Office should offer…

2/ 5

I don't think I've ever actually left a negative review before but honestly, some of the Post Office staff thoroughly deserve complaints, purely for the level of ego and rudeness they display. I've been patronised by staff today and talked down to - and not for the first time. I was told the wrong information by someone who was very keen to appear as though they knew best. The stress of this distracted me from checking that I had the all important receipts before I left, which I really need to keep as I send items abroad. There was actually a receipt missing - they failed to issue one of two for a couple of parcels posted to the same address - and there's nothing I can do about it now (of course it's also my responsibility to check and I should have done that). The two stars are for one of the other staff members who is usually helpful. A great shame about their colleague. I'm going to completely avoid dealing with that person in future. I work in retail so I know how awkward customers can be, but I believe the other negative reviewers - some of the staff here are just desperate to show their superiority, or to make you feel stupid for asking a simple question. Dear insufferable know-it-all: please retire or leave soon and let the people of Headington post their parcels in peace without having to deal with your massive ego.

Staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. Shockingly bad and negative attitude. Not only they are racist, but also make an effort to be just about as evil as they possibly can. I can’t even imagine how they must treat someone vulnerable. Management should either fire the current staff or make sure they know how to be decent human beings. After all, if I treated someone like this at my work, I would be in trouble.
