Awful. The older gentleman over charged me for Guam thinking that it was the same as mainland USA which it's not. Even when I politely asked him to check that it was Guam he was incredibly rude and a little aggressive, insisting on charging me £27 instead of the correct £23. Younger dude was competent and corrected it but I had to come back, even though he tried to cover for the older dudes ineptitude. Mostly the staff are friendly but that grumpy dude (the "post master") could do with learning from his colleagues. If you can go somewhere else I'd recommend it. Issue was resolved after I returned to the shop the next day and got a refund for the mistake. if I hadn't have checked online this would've gone unnoticed.
