Very poor customer service, unfriendly and unkind shop assistant every single time I have something to post. If there was another post office in the neighbourhood, I would never come back. It does not take too much effort to be nice.

Do not go here to post parcels. They have started scamming multiple people, forcing item that fully fit in the specifications of a large letter to be sent for double the price as a small parcel. They refused to measure the parcels against the template saying that there was nothing they could do, a parcel literally 9mm thickness they said was too thick for a large letter which allows up to 25mm.

This is a handy Post Office inside a newsagents, mainly there to serve the people who work in Exchange Quay (the big blue office blocks across the canal from the Victoria Warehouse). You can return your online shopping or get your passport application checked before sliding along the counter to buy a bag of Highland Toffee bon bons or a Dime Bar. There's sometimes a queue at lunchtime so it's worth going in mid morning or later in the afternoon.

1/ 5

This post office never appears to be open, even within the times that are advertised on the front door? It says 10:30am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri (which is just a ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient time considering normal working hours), and even though we've come to drop off things multiple times, it's never open? Today we went at 2pm to drop off a package - not open. It says on the door it closes at 3:30pm... what's the deal with these opening hours! Why are you never open!
