Cheap to get in and drinks are a fair price. The revolving dance floor is fun but!!! Beware of the DJ... My friend and I went to make a song request, which, having paid to get in seemed like a reasonable thing to do. Before I even opened my mouth the DJ went on a minute-long rant about his reasoning for not taking requests which I found both unnecessary and incredibly rude. The music wasn't the pop cheese we had expected and the atmosphere reflected that. Perhaps it was that particular DJ on that particular night but a disappointing visit.

In York, this is one of the best options for a night out that goes late. Drinks are not cheap, but price is the average in town. You will have nice music, good environment and friendly staff. Some points here and there could be improved to make the party experience better, but they are in a good way.

Top tip....if you're out partying and in a gang, split up if you want to get in this pub!!! We were a gang of 18 (all couples) 40-50 year olds out in York celebrating a 40th birthday and they wouldn't let us in cause they said no gangs aloud! Yet earlier the very same day they were more than happy to let us in and take our money when the pub was empty!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!

The problem is It's too damn small always getting my feet stepped on If it was not for this than it would be great. You always stick to the floor it's like a Chinese train at RUSH HOUR! Drinks are overpriced beyond belief and that is after entry fee. Time to get off the train now..

Loved the music, decent drink prices and really enjoyed it, would deffo return if we have a night out in York again. Only downside was no matter how loud we screamed the dance floor didn't go faster! :)
