Pollok Health Centre glasgow

It said it was open for 24 hours but IT'S NOT!!!! Was counting on Google to give correct information

Dr Treadgolds receptionist is an incredibly rude woman who is creating a culture of intimidation and anxiety. I am SO FED UP of rude receptionists who show no respect to patients.

Sick of not getting through on the phone ,one person answering all calls,plus when you try and cancel an early morning appointment they also don't answer which then results in a cheeky letter getting sent out to your home ,I'm very annoyed .

Brilliant place.

Very bad service skills, definitely don’t recommend, the receptionists haven’t helped at all, they cause confusion and they make u feel unsafe while talking to them while on the phone. Been ill for weeks now and the receptionists don’t listen to patients. It’s a one way conversation for them.

I come here once a fortnight and everyone is so kind, helpful and friendly , been my pharmacy since back in the pollok centre days Always great

Lovely staff sometimes you have to wait a while for pick up

Plenty of parking 🅿 Easy ramp access for wheel chairs and prams Friendly staff at the surgery and pharmacy!
