Sick of not getting through on the phone ,one person answering all calls, plus when you try and cancel an early morning appointment they also don't answer which then results in a cheeky letter getting sent out to your home ,I'm very annoyed .

Very bad service skills, definitely don’t recommend, the receptionists haven’t helped at all, they cause confusion and they make u feel unsafe while talking to them while on the phone. Been ill for weeks now and the receptionists don’t listen to patients. It’s a one way conversation for them.
